  1. This is the official release of Draw 2000 Rev. 2.62
  2.  
  3. This disk is a "bootable" version of Draw 2000. It
  4. contains everything you need to start the program. All
  5. that you need to do is insert the disk in your disk drive
  6. and reboot your system.
  7.  
  8. You can install Draw 2000 on your hard drive by
  9. double-clicking the Install icon.  
  10.  
  11. If you have a standard Amiga (without the 68881 or 68882
  12. math co-processor), you MUST use the Draw2000 version of
  13. this product. On the other hand, if you have a math
  14. co-processor (which your operating system recognizes)
  15. then you may use either the Draw2000 version or the
  16. Draw2000M version.  The Draw2000M version takes advantage
  17. of your math co-processor and delivers a noticably faster
  18. response.

  20. NOTE:  If you do not have a math co-processor and you try
  21. to use Draw2000M, your system WILL receive a visit from
  22. the GURU!!!

  26. For those of you who have hard drives and prefer to do a
  27. manual installation, you can boot normally, and then
  28. insert the disk in a floppy drive and copy the files you
  29. need to your SYS: disk.
  30.  
  31. This version of Draw 2000 requires the following files,
  32. in the proper directories:
  33.  
  34. "draw-configuration" and "draw.mountlist" must be in your
  35.     DEVS: drawer 
  36. "plt-handler" must be in your L: drawer 
  37. "stroke.font" must be in your FONTS: drawer 
  38. all the files in the "Draw2000" drawer must be copied to
  39.     a drawer on your hard drive.  (I suggest a drawer
  40.     named "Draw2000")
